covid-19: Our plan to keep you safe
The coronavirus pandemic has altered life as we know it. It’s important that you and your family feel safe when working with us. In an effort to help reduce to the spread of COVID-19, we’ve developed a completely contactless experience, from booking your session through selecting your images for print.
Likewise, we are closely monitoring federal and state guidelines around the prevention of transmission. At this time, outdoor in person photo sessions are approved to resume. Below are the measures we’re taking to ensure everyone’s safety during a session. This page will be updated as information changes. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Symptom Monitoring
Health will be continually monitored for COVID-19 symptoms up to the time of your session.
Limited Contact and Travel
We're commited to limiting contact and travel for 14-days prior to your session.
Sanitizing Gear
All gear will be disinfected both before and after every session to prevent any cross contamination.
Face Mask & Sanitizer
A surgical face mask will be worn by Irja throughout each session to prevent virus transmission. Masks will be changed and hands sanitized between same-day sessions.
Contactless Session
A minimum of 6-feet of social distance will be maintained at all times, throughout the session. Long (zoom) lenses will be used for close portrait work.
Outdoor Sessions Only
For now, all sessions will be held outdoors until it is safe to be indoors together again.
